Newsletter for February 2007

“Then the church throughout Judea, Galilee and Samaria enjoyed a time of peace. It was strengthened; and encouraged by the Holy Spirit, it grew in numbers, living in the fear of the Lord.” Acts 9:31 NIV

We thank God for such periods in which we can be built up and walk in the fear of the Lord, to grow in numbers and to be encouraged by the Holy Spirit.  Our prayer is that God will give us wisdom to make the most of these times.

Good problems and new challenges

Since moving to the new building, many new people have been coming to our Saturday meetings. Some bless us with a one time visit and others stay with us longer term.  At the moment we are about 50 households, which include some 70 adults and 40 children and youth.  We thank God for His blessings.  Some of the new people are new believers, some are believers that followed the Lord in the past, fell away, and have now returned to the Lord, and others are believers that have decided to make our congregation their home.
